Brand Development for Melbourne based Real Estate Advisory and Investment Firm.

Stemming from over 25 years experience in global firms, the Directors were keen to bring personalised service to the table. Exencion’s focus was to have the look and feel of boutique and to not appear as a 'cookie cutter' like many other firms in the industry. WIth this is mind, Windfall developed a custom wordmark for the primary identity which was sleek and elegant, whilst being carefully offset with a bold colour palette of red and black to stand out above and beyond their competitors.
